You can change your details at any time in 'My Account' which you can access by clicking on Log In, then clicking on My Account.
Once you're logged in, you can change:
Your contact details and Password
Your addresses within your address book
Your payment card details
Any changes you make won't affect any order you've already placed.
If you've forgotten your password, just go to Log In and click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link and enter your email address.
If we find a matching account to the email address you provided, we'll send you an email to allow you to reset your password.
Yes, we do keep some records in the My Account section. You'll be able to see and update your name, addresses, contact details, add a payment card for future orders and of course see all of your orders (you can track the progress of the delivery from here as well).
If you no longer wish to receive Pro:Direct emails you can unsubscribe simply by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in one of our emails, or by going to My Preferences in My Account and making the change there. Alternatively please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected]
Your order confirmation email will be a suitable VAT receipt and you can also view the summary of your order within My Account once you have logged into the site.
Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
