The Mizuno Wave Rider 26 sticks with all the features that made it successful for anyone from beginners to those training for a marathon, but they have stepped up the power in the midsole. 2 extra millimetres of ENERZY midsole foam provides a softer feel, with increased comfort and improved responsiveness.A Pebax wave plate provides a touch of stability, a smooth transition from heel strike to toe off, and an extra boost in your step as the plate snaps back into shape, helping your foot continue through the stride.
An Air Mesh upper ensures maximum air flow and comfort over long miles and the X10 rubber used in the outsole provides excellent traction, with a durable build that can soak up the daily training miles with you.
